This Return Policy applies to physical goods purchased through official checkout flows linked from zipharonthron.ddd. Digital-only editorial pages do not generate shipments on their own.
Cooling-off communications
If regional consumer regulations grant a cooling-off period for distance purchases, those timelines apply in addition to the practical steps below. Keep reference copies of order confirmations when initiating a request.
Eligible condition
Items qualify for review when returned with original packaging where reasonable, including labels that assist warehouse identification. Items showing heavy wear beyond unpack inspection may be assessed individually.
Process
- Email info@zipharonthron.world with your order identifier and a brief description of the concern.
- A reply summarises next steps, including whether a prepaid label is issued for domestic returns.
- After inspection, refunds or exchanges follow the option confirmed in writing.
Shipping charges
Initial outbound shipping may not be refundable when returns relate to preference rather than defect descriptions documented at intake. Third-party carrier delays remain outside our direct control.
Faulty items
If an item arrives with damage evident before use, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery with photographs that show outer packaging and the affected area. We coordinate replacement or refund consistent with consumer guarantees applicable in New Zealand.
